Raven, 2.5″ round

Ravens (and Crows) fascinate me, and on occasion they seem pretty interested in me too. Their black outlines and complex movements and characters are a joy to work with as an artist. I got this simple silhouette as this Raven flew above me, and it also speaks to my continued and unresolved efforts to learn to tell Crows and Ravens apart based on their tail shapes. I like to think I’m getting their eventually 🙂
